Baby X-Ray is a pretend, entertainment-only web toy meant to be used by a parent or guardian together with their child. This page explains, plainly, what information the site does and doesn't handle.

What we don't collect

• There is no account system, sign-up, or login of any kind.
• Your child's name is never sent to a server or stored anywhere. It's typed into your browser's own memory for that visit only, to personalize the on-screen scan report, and disappears the moment you close or refresh the tab.
• We don't ask for, and don't want, any other personal information about you or your child.

What is stored, and where

Your chosen language and sound on/off setting are saved using your browser's own local storage, purely so the app remembers your preference next time you open it on the same device. That data stays on your device — it's never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Cookies & advertising

This site may show advertising through Google AdSense to help cover hosting costs. If and when ads are active, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology on this site. Because Baby X-Ray is treated as child-directed, it is tagged accordingly with Google, which disables interest-based and personalized advertising on this site — only generic, contextual ads are shown, never ads built from tracking your browsing elsewhere.

For visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a cookie-consent banner will be shown once advertising is active, in line with current regional requirements. You can read Google's own explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Children's privacy

This site is designed to be used by a parent or guardian operating the app on behalf of their child, not by a child independently. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and as noted above, the child's name entered in the app is never stored or transmitted anywhere.

If this policy changes — for example, once advertising or a consent banner is added — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
